Typically 1 Session of 1-2 hrs, depending on how many categories we cover.

1. Having identified which area of your home or lifestyle your wish to concentrate on (i.e. food storage and preparation / personal care products / home finishes, etc.) we will take a closer look at your current options, lifestyle, daily habits and needs. 

2. Guiding you through resources and alternatives available, I will help you decode product labels, ingredients and certifications; highlighting what to look for and what to avoid.

3. Together we will create a  prioritized plan of action which will allow you to implement changes at your own pace and feel confident in your choices.  This may include new habits to incorporate, changes to how things are organized or presented, as well as healthy alternatives.

4. A few days following our session, you will receive a Personalized Reference Guide via email including your plan of action, tips from our time together, a healthy home checklist and guidelines for future purchases, changes and responsible recycling or donation options.

Typically 1-2 Sessions of 3 hrs each, depending on size of closet.

1. Beginning with a style assessment, we will explore your needs and lifestyle, creating a wardrobe wishlist and assessing your current options as well as shopping habits.

2. Together we will highlight what works well for your body and lifestyle, emphasizing silhouettes, textures, patterns and colours that allow for a range of styling options.

3. We will discuss how you care for your clothing and organize your closet, including what no longer suits your lifestyle and needs, as well as items in need of repair. This process can be emotional and cathartic as we unpack the meaning and values placed on certain items – I’m here to guide you and help understand the driving force behind these choices.

4. Together we will reorganize your closet, choose 2-3 examples of outfits as a reference point for future styling and highlight any gaps in your wardrobe and overall closet arrangements.

5. I will create a plan of action which will allow you to implement changes at your own pace and feel confident in your choices.  This may include shifts in daily routines and shopping habits, or changes to how things are organized and presented.

6. A few days following our session, you will receive a Personalized Reference Guide via email including your plan of action, tips from our time together, guidelines for future purchases (including sustainable brands and healthy fabric choices) and responsible recycling or donation options.

2. Keeping your lifestyle in mind, we will explore options for realizing its full potential – whether reorganizing your pantry, or creating a cozy reading nook – I meet you where you’re at and work with what you already have on hand, to transform the ordinary into a welcoming, useful, beautiful sanctuary.

3. As we sort through belongings, the focus will be on what holds value and meaning to you, giving those items room to shine and allowing yourself to let go of what is no longer serving you. This can be a very emotional and cathartic process, deserving of honest reflection and understanding.

4. As the session progresses, I will identify textures, patterns and colours that work well with your surroundings and complement your style, to help tie everything together and complete your space.

5. Together we will create a plan of action which will allow you to implement these suggestions at your own pace and feel confident in your choices.  This may also include shifts in daily routines, changes to how things are organized or presented and recommendations for repairing, recycling and donating items.

Helpful Tips

Our Policies

It is a privilege to work with our clients and be invited into their homes. I take your privacy seriously and will never use or publish any photos, or information about our sessions, without your consent.

*Please DO NOT take the trouble to tidy or rearrange prior to my visit so I can best understand how your closet and spaces are being used – just ensure the area we will focus on is fully accessible.

Health & Safety

I have implemented health measures, including wearing a mask upon request, hand-washing and wearing gloves, and a flexible cancellation policy in case of any flu or covid symptoms.

*If you have any special health concerns you would like to share in advance of our session, or need to cancel or modify an appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice via email or your Calendar link.

Curbing Landfill Growth

At Sustainably Styled, I want to ensure the process of tidying doesn’t end up on your front curb!  I will work with you to sell, repurpose and donate items appropriately within your community.
